Other things to do in Lagos

Visit the Black Heritage Museum in Lagos. Founded by the Nigerian cultural commission, the museum preserves artefacts and records from the slave trade and gives a valuable insight into the country’s turbulent past.
For something different and slightly more luxurious, head to Eko Gym and Spa where you can enjoy a day of relaxation and pampering. It has everything from a hair salon to a swimming pool and bar.
A night on the town in Lagos is best spent at the Coliseum, one of the best clubs in the city. People from all walks of life come here to dance the night away to fantastic local music.
For a taste of the real Africa, take a wander through vibrant Lekki market where you can haggle with street vendors for anything from yams and plantain to African masks and handicrafts.
